It is said that modern life is stressful, and if, without a doubt, living in a city today requires certain physiological adaptations that allow the body to deal daily with the thousands of stimuli to which it is subjected.
Stress is all that "suffering" that the body and mind feel in situations that we cannot handle in a harmonious and calm way.

Since we are little we are under stress: with the first exams, with fights between friends, with the first outings; but later, and depending on where you live, even children are forced to suffer stress: for arriving early to music, dance, English, football class...

Later, age Concern levels are also increasing, and then it will be the university and the notes and reports, and then the office, and then the couple, and then the children, and then divorces, finances, deaths.
There comes a time when if we do not know how to deal with stress until we get used to it, and our body becomes a time bomb that at the least intended moment explodes and can seriously modify life.
