The volunteers combined the 3 techniques and obtained 17% more than one week success when trying to have a lucid dream that in the previous week, in which they had not used any technique.The amazing thing came to see that, those participants who when using the third technique had slept during the 5 minutes after having woken up, they got a lucid dream in 46% of the cases.Awesome!

Dr.Aspy who worked on this research affirmed that This was due to the "prospective memory" , that is, the ability we have to "remember to do things in the future." Repeating the phrase creates the mind's intention to remember that we are ringing and this facilitates the awakening in the form of lucid dream.
